The objective of this project is to approach the problematic of Latin American City, developing the example of Córdoba (Argentine). We seek to plan actuations and projects that promote the improvement of urban habitat (environmental quality, quality of life, etc).
The low densities and lack of public spaces act in detriment of urban space. DENCITY proposes a plan of densification through tissue regeneration, that recognize and express the particularities.
