Energy is an important requirement for human life and meeting daily needs. From morning to evening, countless actions are performed and energy is used along with it. As we come from the past to the present, our energy needs are increasing with the developing technology and inventions. Therefore, the energy demand per capita is increasing day by day in direct proportion. While the energy production was taking place, there was the damage to the nature and the resulting energy and resource crisis. The ever-increasing energy demand is getting to a situation that cannot be met today and in the future. In this context, the use of alternative energy sources becomes important. Cyclopean battery has been designed to benefit from waste water and sun. It is envisaged that the residents can come together in shaded areas and areas where gray water is used. In the situation plan, cyclopean batteries that store waste water and solar energy according to the housing and energy consumption rates in the parcels are located on the roofs of the unused areas of buildings, which people ignore in daily life. The sizes and numbers of these batteries vary according to energy and resource needs. With the inclined structures of the batteries, rain and snow waters are collected in the underground water tanks with the help of thin pipes, and the water here passes through a number of filters and becomes water that can be used by the houses in the parcel. Shading, light transmittance, heat insulation and water impermeability can be achieved with solar cells. At the same time, there are areas where the acuonic system is located and the flow between the buildings is provided in the cycolean batteries, which are large in size between two buildings.

In this project, it is aimed to gain solar energy with solar panels. With the inclined structure of the solar panels and pipes with small diameters, rain and snow waters are collected. With aquaponic systems, it is aimed to transform waste water in living spaces between aquarium and plants. In this way, vitality is aimed in communal living areas.
