A residential complex is being built in one of the busiest areas of the resort city of Odesa.
First of all, the task was to create the most comfortable space for the life of future residents. For this, architects have designed a large number of apartment plans and due to the fact that the building is of variable number of floors - some of them have their own spacious terraces. Also, for the convenience of residents, the first floor is fully allocated for the development of internal infrastructure. And for social contribution - part of the house was made under a kindergarden.
