Site location of the Project is a new developed region of Ankara, there are several educational and public institutions around the site. By this way, need of residentials are increased at this area. Royal Incek is designed for responding that need. It is a multi-storey residence project in İncek which is designed with a different view of high rise building standards. This project, has different units with optimum using area and vista integrated with one block. Also, project offers villa comfort in the high storey block. Thus, in the new developing built-up areas of this region, functionality became the project’s design focus.
