Sunset Incek is located in Incek, a valuable area where Ankara is newly developing and many new residential buildings are rising. The project has a total construction area of 50,451,81 m² and consists of 2 towers and 1 linear block. Sunset İncek has a total of 139 independent units and 12 street shops. In three different blocks defined as A, B and C, variable type of residential units are designed.
The project is planned by considering the demands and needs of all different individuals who want to live in this region. A real fiction has been unveiled to ensure that all expected qualities such as different apartment options, apartment settlements in blocks, facade angles, green spaces, parking comfort, and social facilities are optimally met.
The project includes the ideal number of units and the natural population density, the definition of an ideal green space, the comfort of a social area of optimum size and above all the living spaces that claim to provide the highest level of life comfort.
In the plans, two flats were solved on the floor and the flats were provided as 3 sided and the common wall sharing of two different flat was prevented. On the other hand, it was possible to get natural sun light from the floor halls.
The uninterrupted unity of living spaces and apartment entrances have supported a spacious living space in the solution of the plan. With the combination of kitchen and winter garden, it offers the opportunity to add a second living space to the apartment while spending time in the kitchen area. The apartments in the large apartments add value to the apartments. The fact that the joinery is up to the ground has allowed for large spacious bright facades.
In the commercial part, the hard surfaces where the outward-facing shops are provided and the pedestrian circulation between themselves are considered as a design in which the parking solutions are made in groups of green and the water element is used.
The vehicle and pedestrian traffic receipt from a single controlled point that created the wide landscape area in the common area. Thus, the occupants will have a great chance to spend a nice time away from the stress of the day, will embrace the green, will experience the seasonal cycle in the diversity of plants, as well as the serene effect of water on human psychology is considered as the most important element of the landscape.
The focal point in landscape design is the large water surface covering an area of approximately 500 m2. This water surface is designed gradually and the water flow will be watched and we will hear the sound of the water. Hereby, waterside recreation areas were provided.
The active and passive recreation areas within the site are intended to serve all age groups. Children's playgrounds with traditional playgrounds and different meeting points for young people are also included in this project. Sunset Incek Residences offers you peace of mind with its green nature and blue water.
