Design intentions
The clients brief called for a small gated community of 7 bungalows with a driveway through the houses to encourage individual parking per bungalow for proximity while secure in the micro neighborhood.

7 No. residential bungalows each with Lounge and terrace, Dining, Kitchen with pantry and patio, Shared bathroom, 2 Bedrooms.
