Design intentions
The project was designed especially for building materials shops with a big Ceramic Gallery of 2000sqm for the owner’s use. In addition to offices at the upper levels. The building designed to integrate with the site form as the site had triangle shape, the building consisted of two building connected with each others with a central skylight. Gray marble used for the elevations cladding with dark aluminum for canopies and pergolas

The project is a modern Shopping Centre for Building and design located in Amman/ Khalda. Site area: 4,000sm. - Built up area 22,000sm. The building includes underground parking, shops, exhibition space, offices and service facilities.
