Unfortunately we never delivered the proposal. There were strict parametres to follow when planning the construction of the module which implied for instance, using only local resources and builders, which made it almost impossible to arrive at an acurate estimate in the given time. Budjet was incredibly limited and the sole fact that we would have to fly to Philadelphia would make it impossible for us to build. ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- -------------------- ---------- ---------- ----- 2} We decided we would still draw a proposal. The program was very appealing.
