The relevance of thoughts and prospects may dramatically change according to the severe differences between the experiences of the rich and the oppressed. The developed societies may recognize the evils of their excessive industrialization and growth, but the oppressed have to ignore any concern against their own development.  Architects practicing in peripheral localities, including all those in the developing countries, at the countryside of developed countries, or even in the ghettos or suburbs of old or new metropolises, should begin to contribute to a global network for mutually sharing their experiences with other architects of other remote places. Such participation or collaboration would normally require many skills, which shies this community away from contributing to the media or colloquia of the centers where the elites reign. So we should encourage or even provoke the participation of this humiliated majority.
