The existing building "wants" to became a complex body, for that to happen, "he" needs:1) improve the views and sun exposure; 2) gain integrity through creativity; 3) grow without copying or repeating patterns of others; 4) integrating with momentum; 5) become one with the site; 6) communicate with the outside and change energy with the system; 7)be an agente of change.In the future, the existing environment will embrace dynamic and spontaneous architecture, in the sense that has not been planned or organized, but happens by itself, because suddenly feels it wants to exist, without need for human approval. Unique, colorful species suddenly started to flourish and bloom like flowers and butterflies all over the place. We discover that it was nobody creating them, they multiplied by themselves. It will be a spontaneous new world.The species in nature like butterflies, insects and many plants, is perfectly adapted to the environment. In the same way,  this architecture species depends on its colors, patterns or textures, gave by ink,  which is designed to capture, through components of ink, the energy required for the entire system. In their desire to adapt they can be of any color, green, yellow, red, blue, cover with ivy, glass, bamboo, wood, ceramic tiles, and multiple skins to generate light, wind, shadow, worm, cold, in order to supply the needs of the environment and to deal with sustainable development to a green self production cycle in a sort of self sufficiency, letting architecture species act as shelters, housing small mammals, and domestic animals like rabbits and chickens, and also several species of birds living in the area, and can also acts as greenhouses for vegetable culture, with the installation of multi-store shelves to gardening, that would optimize cultivation´s control concerning water – supplied by existing water tanks on greenroof- and wind control for energy production.This new architecture deals not just with the eco-buildings, or eco-houses, or eco-architecture, nor just using techno-ecological systems. but a radical new way of living by the aceptance that architecture is a living and dynamic system, with a wide range of species, that adapts and develops itself, even with the acceptance that architect role in this process is radically changing, because it is a all new world in architecture theory of evolution.
