These are low budget rural high schools being constructed in villages: Kotli Devan,Haraaj, Jawarewala, Manianwala and Ranjitgarh in the district Muktsar, Punjab. The schools are part of up gradation plan from Middle to High. Keeping in view the budgetary constraints, a very compact and economical block has been designed which incorporates almost all the requirements of a High School.
