Competition proposal for a new information center and landmark, Liverpool: The brief requested a building that housed a new information center, offices and marketing suite for a development to regenerate an area of liverpool that is a landmark in itself and a catalyst for the regeneration.

The scheme comprises a ground floor and first floor plan which emerges from the ubiquitous site hoardings. The main entrance, which forms an abrupt break in the continuity of the hoardings, affords passers by a fantastic periscopic view of the entire Tribeca development site. Clad in revolving mirrored louvres, the periscope itself serves on the one hand as a beacon for the development, and on the other hand enables prospective home owners/business to preview the city-wide views.
