This project was a redevelopment of a building for the 1970s into new offices for NZ department of Conservation Taranaki Region.

The central lightwell acts as a vent getting rid of excess hot air with the use of thermally controlled louvres behind a red wood rain screen. Sustainable materials have been used throughout including italian popular plywood {interior} and Red wood {exterior and furniture}
