“Unique” is a project in Almere where 7 villas are built on adjacent lots. The project is an initiative of BKVV architects.

The project includes 7 houses situated on 7 “Architect lots”. ELstudio designed one of the seven villas on behalf of the architects office BKVV.

Special about the “architect lots” is the fact that only architects may take an option to buy the plot. Through a special arrangement, the lots are sold to individuals. The project “unique” is developed by BKVV in collaboration with SOM.
