This project is a renovation master plan of Ju Men Road, dealing with a 1km section located at the north of the Shanghai World Expro site. After the success of the creative parks along Ju Men Road, the Lu Wan District goverment requested to bring this concept of creative parks further, increasing it to 1km of Ju Men Road.Three programmes Working,Living and Playing will be intermingled in this renovation project.

All of the creative parks are renovated from factories or warehouses which were built during the 1970s.These kind of historic buildings have no use today.We use the unique features of these old buildings,and create new spaces and new functions that will be useful and sustainable.
