This is a residential house on a 10 000m2 site on the outskirts of Martinrough in the Wairarapa region in Aoteraoa {New Zealand}.The house is designed around principles of solar passive design with seperate guest wing linked by a solar heat sink and glazed courtyards facing North-West throughout the house.
