The office tower, 219 m height, with approx. 22,000 m² unitized curtain wall structural glazing construction and approx. 7,000 m² cable supported and point fixed façade. It will have an attached multi story car park for about 200 cars. The tower will have a 23,000 sq. m. built up area and will include offices and related facilities. Al Jazeera Consultants is the lead consultant, Norr Group Consultants is the architect, and KEO International KEO International is the PMC. The tower is called the “Kuwait Copra Tower” as it twists like 2 snakes rapping around each other. Kuwait Trade Center a new Landmark in Kuwait’s Downtown that rises to a height of approximately 218 meters, designed as a 40-storey twisted curtain wall tower with a glazed metal crown on top. The podium consists of 4 levels of retail shops and health club with swimming pool. The roof of the podium is a landscaped leisure deck. The tower has an attached multi story car park for about 200 cars. The total site area is approximately 4,300 square meters, and the total built up area is about 30045m2. The building will include state of the art systems for a total smart building.
