The hotel lies in the very central part of the town of Gabrovo. The building was first constructed 40 years ago, and renovating it shall keep the reinforced concrete construction, as it remains in good condition.
An extravagant outlook is been essential when designing the hotel’s new appearance. Amorphous shaped curtain wall membrane makes the volume dynamic thus fitting the hotel to modern architecture.
After reconstruction the hotel shall turn into a four star business hotel, emphasis being on its conference halls. The ground floor shelters a spacious SPA center, the existing caf? is renovated as well. The latter two shall have a separate entry for outer guests. A sky-bar is designed on the top floor.

2008
