A graceful white sail-like fabric awning announces this men’s and women’s apparel store to the Encore’s esplanade. Along with the façade’s textured molded stone and bronze leather-framed entrance, it previews the interior’s rich collection of contrasting materials and textures.
Tufted pattern leather displays, leather tiles and seating, woven and paper wall-coverings, and fedora stone countertops are combined in the contemporary interior. Polished stainless steel, frosted acrylic, blacked metal and chrome, create bold and energetic contrast. On the terrazzo floor, a classic modern Eames lounge chair befits the extensive collection of high-end designer jeans, which include lines by iconic designers Lanvin and Pierre Cardin.
150 year old barn-wood millwork, counters, and doors, offer the most striking contrast to the sleek contemporary feel; while at the same time relating well to the store’s emphasis on denim in its many forms – from rough to sleek, from classic to the latest trends. Finally, a large video focal wall provides an experiential excitement that is central to the Encore’s mission.
