Description

This was my proposal for the 2008 Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction. The Basic idea was to reorganize the informal settlements along the "Estero Salado" {in spanish, "the Salted Estuary", incorporating them to some new strctures to be built on estuary`s shore.
