Pascal Arquitectos was founded in 1979 by Carlos and Gerard Pascal with the main purpose of achieving ultimate and integral development in architecture, interior, landscape, lighting and furniture design. Atelier’s production ranges from luxurious residential projects, residential complexes, institutional and religious buildings, restaurants, to corporate and offices buildings and hotels. Major restorations of two historic monuments, both recognized by the National Institute of Fine Arts {INBA}, had been completed: Edificio Bolivia, an original masterpiece of architect José Villagrán García nowadays corporate headquarters of Ford Motor Company de México, and the grand heritage mansion located in Avenida Refoma and Río Elba street, for “El Divino” restaurant. In 2003 investment project Hotel Sheraton Centro Histórico was concluded. This was the first project developed in the area since the 1985 earthquakes and also the first one done in 40 years in Mexico’s City historical downtown.
