Cardinal Investment Group, Vinci Immobilier et RBC announced the marketing launch of an important mixed housing and retail program designed by Jean Nouvel in Lyon Confluence, an urban development zone near the center of Lyon. This 7 200 square meter, 14 level housing project consists of 80 apartments, retail and parking places. The building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
